Overview
Description
Phuket Bird Park is a privately owned bird sanctuary over about 12 acres, hosting over a thousand birds across more than 100 species. The park is set among gardens, hills, and waterfalls, aiming to recreate a close-to-nature environment for the birds. You can see species like macaws, hornbills, ostriches, emus, and Nicobar pigeons, from Asia, Africa, and South America. There are scheduled bird shows (performances in which birds do tricks, interact, etc.). Visitors may hand-feed some birds, take photos, and enjoy walk-through aviaries & garden settings.
