Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment as per package requirement.
- Customers must provide accurate details (passport, ID, travel dates, etc.) at the time of booking.
- Any incorrect information may result in booking cancellation or additional charges.
2. Payment Policy
- A non-refundable advance is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be completed before departure or as per agreed timeline.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card (transaction charges may apply).
3. Flight Tickets
- We do not book or issue international/domestic flight tickets.
- Customers are solely responsible for booking their own flights to and from Thailand.
- The agency is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or missed connections.
4. Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)
- Effective May 1, 2025, all foreign travelers must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within 72 hours before arrival.
- This replaces the old paper TM6 arrival form.
- Customers must submit the TDAC only through the official Immigration Bureau portal (no fee applies).
- A confirmation PDF/QR code will be issued, which must be presented at immigration.
- Failure to complete the TDAC may result in delays, penalties, or denial of entry into Thailand.
- The agency is not responsible for TDAC rejections, technical issues, or problems caused by incorrect information submitted by the
traveler.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email/WhatsApp).
- Cancellation charges apply as per hotel/tour operator policy.
- In case of “No Show” or last-minute cancellation, 100% charges will apply.
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–30 working days after deductions.
- Service fees, convenience charges, and non-refundable deposits are not eligible for refunds.
7. Travel Documents & Visa
- The customer is responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visa, insurance, etc.).
- The agency is not responsible for visa rejection, immigration delays, or refusal of entry into Thailand.
8. Package Inclusions & Exclusions
- Only services mentioned in the booking confirmation/voucher are included.
- Exclusions (e.g., meals, tips, personal expenses, additional tours, flights) are to be borne by the traveler.
9. Changes & Modifications
- Any changes requested after confirmation (dates, hotels, tours) may attract additional charges.
- The agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to operational reasons, weather, or safety concerns.
10. Liability Disclaimer
- The agency acts as an intermediary between customers and hotels, transport operators, and tour providers.
- We are not responsible for delays, accidents, loss of baggage, natural calamities, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance for safety and protection.
11. Governing Law
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of [Your City/Country] courts
