Between 1989 and 1992, Suan curated fossilized logs, Thai-style trained trees, and rare mineral rocks before officially opening on 1 February 1992. The park serves as a “living museum” of the animal, vegetable, and mineral kingdoms—featuring petrified wood over 100 million years old, bonsai and Thai-trained trees over 200 years, and sizable natural sculptures weighing up to ~90 tonnes
