Safari World Bangkok is a major open-air zoo in Thailand’s capital, covering about 200 acres. It’s divided into two areas: Safari Park, where you can explore by car or on foot and encounter animals like tigers, lions, bears, and zebras roaming freely; and Marine Park, which features live shows and themed attractions. You can enjoy animal performances or join a river safari, and feeding sessions. The park also offers dining from Thai dishes to international fare and various shops for souvenirs. It’s a thrilling family-friendly destination packed with wildlife, entertainment, and memorable experiences.

Opening Hours

• Safari Park: Weekdays 9 AM–4:30 PM; Weekends 9 AM–5 PM.
• Marine Park: Weekdays 9 AM–5 PM; Weekends 9 AM–6 PM.
• Every week Monday is a Holiday.

Two Main Zones: Safari Park & Marine Park
Safari Park

• A drive-through safari spanning roughly 8 km, offering about 50–45 minutes of immersive viewing.
• Wildlife highlights include:
  • Herbivores: giraffes (over 200 giraffes), zebras, rhinos, antelopes, ostriches, and more.
  • Carnivores in secure zones: lions, tigers, and black bears.
  • Vast flocks of water birds and storks for an authentic wilderness vibe.

Marine Park

• A walk-through zone featuring animal shows, themed habitats, and exhibits:
  
  • Daily performances: dolphin shows, sea lion acts, bird shows, orang-utan boxing, spy stunts, elephant displays, and cowboy stunts
  • Interactive areas:
    • Jungle Cruise/River Safari—a boat ride through a simulated jungle with
      animatronics and special effects
    • Giraffe feeding platforms, aviaries like Mini World (sun conures), hornbill jungles, macaw aviaries, and a variety of smaller bird and mammal exhibits
    • Additional animals: tapirs, capybaras, crocodiles, leopards, walruses, manatees,sturgeons, and paddle-boat lakes with swans
